Tom Rasch Jr. started Tom Rasch and Son Orchards (now Third Leaf Farm) with his father Tom Rasch Sr. and has been an owner operator and mentor to his sons and other team members

Kyle Rasch

Director

Kyle has been the linchpin in the transition of the farm to Regenerative Organic production over the past 10 years. Kyles serves as the Vice President of the Michigan State Horticulture Society and offers mentorship for regenerative and organic farmers.

Devin Rasch

Administrator

Devin obtained his B.S. in Medicinal Plant Chemistry from Northern Michigan University. Devin is recently coming back to the farm and is an integral piece of the food is medicine movement. He specializes in agricultural practices and how they relate to quantifiable outcomes in plants (mineral, macro, micro and phytonutrients).
